Know about Deoband connection of arrested Jaish terrorists

During interrogation, it was found that the two terrorists were plotting attacks in many places in Delhi-NCR. Many VVIPs were also on their target. It has been found that both of them had also gone to Deoband and stayed in Saharanpur. The Special Cell is also trying to determine what their connection is with Deoband. A mobile phone has also been recovered from them.
