Jammu: People make 'diyas' at home after PM Modi's appeal

People in Jammu are making 'diyas (lamps) at home after Prime minister Narendra Modi on Friday appealed to turn off lights and light lamps on door and balconies on Sunday. He said everyone should come out in their balconies and doors to light Diya, torch and flashlight amid the nation-wide lockdown.
