'India is a nuclear power, early appointment of CDS is necessary' says General JJ Singh

Former Army Chief General JJ Singh said,' CDS's post cannot be left empty even for a minute'. He also said that India is a nuclear power, early appointment of new CDS is necessary. General JJ Singh said that General Rawat's death in such an accident is very sad. CDS General Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat along with 13 others lost their lives in the  Mi-17V5 chopper crash in Tamil Nadu.
