IMD predicts heavy downpour in West Bengal and Sikkim

Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy and incessant rainfall in West Bengal and Sikkim. Eastern UP, Bihar and Assam can also see massive downpour. Bihar and Assam are already facing crisis like situation due to flood. In Assam, former CJI Ranjan Gogoi's house also wasn't safe as water entered in it a few days ago.
