Huge jolt to Twitter post failure to comply with IT laws

In recent news, the Delhi High Court slammed the micro-blogging platform, Twitter saying that has failed to comply with the IT rules. Meanwhile, it is also being said that Twitter has to follow the rules set by the central government, and if they breach the rules, the Central government could take action.
