How did Indore become Madhya Pradesh's Corona hotspot?

Madhya Pradesh has 2560 Coronavirus positive cases whereas only Indore has 1476 cases. Out of these 65 people lost their lives in Indore itself. Indore is the same place where health workers were attacked with stones. Was it the stone pelting incident that led to Indore becoming a hotspot for Coronavirus in Madhya Pradesh? Were Tablighi Jamaat attendees became the reason behind steep rise in COVID-19 cases in MP?
