Helpless migrant father steals bicycle, mentions reason in a letter

A helpless migrant father stole a bicycle for his child to reach home amid lockdown. He wrote a letter in which he elaborated on the reason for his act of stealing the bicycle. 
In the letter, the man wrote that he is stealing the bicycle for his child who is specially-abled and can not walk. He also apologized for doing this. Watch the report to know more.
