Hathras Case: Mayawati raises question about impartial probe

"The victim's family in the Hathras gang rape case has made many serious allegations of intimidation on the DM of the district, yet the UP government is silent on the matter. It is sad and very worrying. Although the government has agreed to a CBI inquiry, how can there be an impartial inquiry into the matter in the DM's presence?" Mayawati tweeted.
