Ground report from Vikas Dubey encounter site
It is being said that gangster Vikas Dubey was being taken for questioning when the car overturned. He was injured at first ad then he tried to escape when the cross fire began. He was killed by Police on the spot. He was declared brought dead by hospital. Gangster Vikas Dubey was arrested from the Mahakal temple in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain.
