Freelance journalist arrested for espionage for China

A freelance journalist Rajiv Sharma has been arrested for sharing confidential documents of the country's army with China. This arrest has been made by the Special Cell of Delhi Police. Police claim that the accused journalist was sharing important information and documents related to the Indian Army with the Intelligence Agency of China, claiming that the accused journalist was recovering a hefty amount for this.

Police have also arrested a Chinese woman and a Nepali youth in this case.
