Did Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia attend function without mask?

BJP which is the main opposition party to the ruling AAP govt in Delhi has alleged that the ministers of the Kejriwal-led Delhi government are themselves not following the rules to prevent the alarming spread of Covid-19 in the state. Some pictures have been shared on BJP Delhi's Twitter handle, in which Deputy CM Manish Sisodia without a mask.

The Delhi government had recently increased the penalty for not wearing a mask four times. Now it has been increased to Rs 2,000
