Delhi Coaching Accident: HC Questions Illegal Construction After Coaching Centre Incident | ABP News
New Delhi: The Delhi High Court will hear a plea on Wednesday seeking a high-level inquiry into the Rajinder Nagar coaching tragedy. The court has raised several questions, including how illegal constructions are allowed to happen. The court noted that a 100-year-old infrastructure is being constructed without proper development. It questioned the police investigation, asking who had been apprehended and if illegal constructions occurred without the police's knowledge. The court also queried whether the police are investigating the role of MCD officials in the incident and how so much water accumulated at the site. It highlighted that all parties seem to be deflecting responsibility onto others.
