Congress targets PM Modi with an old tweet over China

''China withdraws its forces but I wonder why Indian forces are withdrawing from the Indian territory? Why did we retreat?'', tweeted Narendra Modi in May 2013. Now in 2020, Congress is targetting PM by his old tweet and questions the same in return that we are we retreating now?
