Congress believes CAB won't pass the RS test

The contentious Citizenship Amendment Bill will be tabled in Rajya Sabha today. The bill was passed in Lok Sabha two days ago. The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party is confident that the proposed legislation will be passed by the House with a comfortable majority. On the other hand, Congress thinks that many smaller parties are not in favour of the bill and they would vote against it
