Chinese Ambassador playing mediator between Oli and Prachand?

Meet Hou Yanqi, China's Ambassador to Nepal, who is being blamed for the tensions in the centuries-old relation between India and Nepal. Earlier, it was believed that under her insistence and influence, Nepal's Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has turned his back on Nepal's traditional ally India and played into China's hands. 

Now, Ambassador Yanqi is reportedly being the mediator between KP Sharma Oli and another top Nepal communist leader Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
