According to inputs attributed to the SIT findings, investigators examined CCTV footage spanning from April 27 to June 5. The analysis reportedly highlighted multiple suspicious incidents, with claims that around 70 irregular events were observed within a 40-day period. These findings have raised concerns about monitoring and internal controls within donation and offering management systems. The reported draft findings also point to audit discrepancies over the past three financial years (2022–2025), including inconsistencies in donation records, mismatch in documentation related to offerings, and gaps in inventory classification systems.
