Bombay HC slams BMC, orders compensation for Kangana Ranut
Bombay High Court on Friday pronounced an order on Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut's production house office being demolition by the BMC. The court said that demolishing the property showed malafide intent on the part of the civic body. The order also stated that the actor will get suitable compensation after the valuer of the property submits its report. the court also nullified the notice issued to Kangana Ranaut by BMC.
