Bikru massacre case: 2 arrested for providing refuge to Vikas Dubey's aides
Despite Vikas Dubey being killed in an encounter, the police action in the Bikru massacre case continues. Two residents of Gwalior have been arrested for allegedly providing refuge to two aides of Vikas Dubey. One of them was Shashikant Pandey and the other is Shivam Dubey. The two men arrested are Prakash Pandey and Anil Pandey. Eight personnel of UP Police were killed in an ambush laid by Vikas Dubey's gang in Bikru village of Kanpur.
