Bihar Elections Phase 3: Muzaffarpur resident to vote on 'Vikas' basis

ABP News was in Muzaffarpur where the people said that they would vote on the basis of 'vikas'. Most of them said that development was the main criterion. On the other hand, few opined that cleanliness would be one of the major concerns too.

As many as 2.34 crore voters, spread across 78 assembly segments of the 243-strong Assembly, will decide the fates of 1,204 candidates, including the Speaker and 12 members of the state cabinet.
