Bihar: 3 accused arrested for raping minor and damaging eyes

On Tuesday, an incident embarrassing humanity has emerged from the Madhubani district of Bihar. Her the accused gang-raped a minor disabled girl. At the same time, after the incident, the accused has also damaged both eyes of the victim.  The victim was found lying unconscious.
