Balrampur: Maulana Changur Baba Ran Terror Training Camp, Named Four High-Ranking Officials As Aides

Shocking revelations continue to emerge from Uttar Pradesh’s Balrampur district, where the ATS has arrested Maulana Changur Baba on charges of running a terror training camp. The FIR registered against him explicitly mentions that the large complex under his control was being used as a militant training facility, posing a serious threat to national security. In a major development during interrogation, Changur Baba reportedly named four government officials who allegedly assisted him in running the illegal operation. These include an ADM, two CEOs, and a police inspector, all of whom were posted in Balrampur between 2019 and 2024. Sources claim that these officers were fully supportive of Changur’s activities and were “willing to do anything” for him.Authorities are now conducting separate investigations into these officials, and their alleged links with foreign funding, bank transactions, and land allocations related to Changur's network. The Maulana confessed to operating a radical training center where anti-national elements were indoctrinated and trained. The case has raised serious questions about administrative negligence and internal collusion, as the network operated for years, amassing crores in foreign funding across multiple bank accounts. National agencies are now tracking every angle of this disturbing terror web.
