Balrampur journalist case: Plea seeking SIT probe submitted in HC

A journalist and his friend were charred to death in Uttar Pradesh's Balrampur. Now the matter has reached the Allahabad High Court as the advocate of the victims has submitted a plea seeking an SIT probe. 
The incident happened on Saturday when a journalist and his friends were killed after they were set ablaze under mysterious circumstances.
