Article 370: SC refuses to refer petitions to larger bench

Supreme Court has refused to refer to a larger bench a batch of pleas, challenging the constitutional validity of Centre's decision to abrogate provisions of Article 370, which granted special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. SC said that the current bench of 5 judges is sufficient to hear the case.
