Around 1200 stranded labourers reach Ranchi via special train
The special train carrying around 1200 migrant labourers has reached Ranchi. These migrants will remain in quarantine for 14 days. The move comes after the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Wednesday, granted the permission for movement of stranded people which includes migrants labourers, workers, students and tourists. The Ministry had set a procedure for the same. Meanwhile, the lockdown, which was scheduled to end on May 3, has been extended till May 17.
