Account aggregator to make loans simpler for small businessmen?

As of now, small businessmen find it very hard to get loans in businessmen. They don't have balancesheet or profit and loss statement against which, they can be given loans.

But soon, this could change. Under the account aggregator system of RBI, these businessmen will be able to apply for small scale loans. If this facily is rolled out, then one can say that economic revolution 2.0 isn't far away.
