ABP Shakti Samman: Nirbhaya's mother Asha Devi thanks Smriti Irani for support

Nirbhaya's mother Asha Devi thanked Union minister Smriti Irani on the stage of ABP Shakti Samaan on Saturday. She said Smriti was there as constant support for her daughter's justice. Asha Devi narrated the story when Nirbhaya gave her first statement after the incident in the hospital, "My daughter said, punish them hard who did this, don't' let them destroy someone else's life. This gave me the spirit to fight for these many years for justice", said Devi.
