Gurugram: Motorcyclist fined Rs 51,000 for violating traffic rules

A bike rider was fined Rs 51,000 for breaking the traffic rules in Gurugram. The rider was riding his bike without a helmet and was not carrying his license along with other documents. It was found that the defaulter broke as many as 9 traffic rules altogether. He was not having his driving license, RC and insurance papers with him. He wasn't even wearing the helmet while riding this bike. According to the police, the man was also drunk after which he was fined Rs 51,000.
