Gourav Vallabh: Modi & Shah making conflicting statements on NRC

Hitting out at BJP, Congress leader Gourav Vallabh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is lying about NRC and detention centres in the country and the Central government has killed Article 14 by amending Citizenship Act.
