Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday strongly attacked the Congress at a rally in Puducherry. Taking a dig at Rahul Gandhi's statement regarding a separate ministry for fishermen in Delhi, he said that Congress leaders have won gold, silver and bronze medals in lying. Congress leaders come here and say that we will create a separate ministry for fishermen.
