Can America be actually called a 'Super power'?

US President Joe Biden has announced that America's military operation in Afghanistan will end on August 31. Biden's announcement comes at a time when the Taliban is rapidly capturing districts and towns.  After the US's decision to withdraw all its troops, Taliban forces are increasingly occupying new districts, while Afghan security forces are fleeing to other places to save their lives.
