Bihar rains: Deputy CM TarKishore Prasad's weird statement over water-logging

Patna received torrential rains on Friday night due to bad weather. During this, due to heavy rain accompanied by strong thunder, many areas of the capital were flooded and roads were submerged. Along with this rain water has entered the Legislature. Even the residential premises of Deputy Chief Minister Renu Devi is water-logged. The Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad gave a weird statement over water-logging.
