Mobile connectivity opened in Kupwara & Handwara districts of Kashmir| Panchnama

Jammu and Kashmir governor Satya Pal Malik announced, "We are opening mobile phone connectivity in Kupwara and Handwara districts in Kashmir, soon we will open connectivity in other districts as well."
Malik also said, “J&K and Ladakh will see so much of development in the coming days that people in Pak-occupied Kashmir will also start asking for same kind of development.”
