Kathua rape & murder case: Three sentenced to life imprisonment
The District and Sessions Court in Pathankot pronounced its order in the gruesome rape and murder of a nomadic minor girl in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua today. Six persons have been convicted by the court in the case while one accused, Vishal Ram, has been acquitted. The quantum of sentence for all the convicts will be announced at 2 pm by the Pathankot court. The village head Sanji Ram, two special police officers Deepak Khajuria and Surender Verma and Head constable Tilak Raj have been convicted by Pathankot court in Kathua rape and murder case today.
