Man Runs Quality Check On Paneer In Bread Pakora, Results Will Shock You — WATCH
A viral video shows a man testing the authenticity of paneer in a bread pakoda. He uses iodine solution, which turns black on contact with synthetic paneer.

A recent viral video of a man from Haryana testing the authenticity of paneer inside a bread pakoda has left the internet shocked.
The man shared a video on social media and ran a quality check on the paneer which was inside the bread pakoda he bought for Rs 25 from a roadside stall. The video has since then gone viral and become the talk of the town.
Nikhil Saini, the user who shared the video on Instagram, took out paneer from the bread pakoda and tested it to show the people difference between synthetic paneer and real paneer.

In the video, the man first washed the panner, which he took out from the bread pakoda, with warm water. He then applied the solution of iodine tincture to it. As soon as he dropped the solution on a portion of the paneer, it turned black. This color change was the indicator that the paneer was synthetic, i.e., made from chemicals rather from the milk.
After the that, the man took out another paneer (which he claimed to be real paneer) and tested it with the same solution. However, unlike the first one, this sample showed no color change.
He said, "Look at this, friends. Notice the difference. The real paneer hasn't changed colour at all, while the other one has turned completely black."
The video has garnered over 15 million views and hundreds of likes. One user commented, "Unfortunate truth, synthetic paneer is legal in india. AI answer in google : When testing paneer for authenticity using an iodine solution, if the paneer turns blue-black after adding a few drops of iodine, it indicates the presence of starch, signifying that the paneer is likely synthetic or "fake" as synthetic paneer often contains added starch to achieve its texture, while real paneer made from milk alone will not change color with iodine."
Another user said that he don't eat panner from outside and always eat at home.
