Subway India Keeps Promise, Sponsors A Couple's Date After Their Tweet Goes Viral
It all started when the boyfriend apologised to the girl with a Subway Sandwich along with a note
After a Twitter user's post on how her boyfriend apologised after a quarrel and surprised her with a Subway sandwich went viral on the internet, it captured the attention of the multinational fast-food chain which announced that they will sponsor the couple's next date if their post gets 1,000 likes. In next 3 days, the post garnered more than 6,500 likes, and as promised Subway India sponsored a date for the couple. They also shared shared an adorable picture of them holding hands, and enjoying a Subway sandwich.

It all started when the boyfriend apologised to the girl with a Subway Sandwich along with a note that read, "A sub for you cause tum hi ho mera SUB kuch." After both reconciled, the girl shared the photo of the sandwich and the sweet note with the caption, "My bf and I had a fight so this is what he did."
The food chain took note of the tweet that was going viral and said it will sponsor a date for the couple if the post crossed 1,000 likes. After three days the post breached the mark and as promised Subway kept its word.
