Dog Enters Football Field During Live Match, Gets Adopted By Mexican Team
The dog soon gets hold of the ball from the players in its mouth and begins to run all around the football pitch.
During a Liga de Expansi³n MX football match between Alebrijes Oaxaca and Dorados on September 28, a dog came running to the pitch and stole the ball from the players. A video of the incident was shared on social media after which it went insanely viral, winning the hearts of internet users. In fact the dog was adopted by Alebrijes Oaxaca, the winning team of the match.
“This good boi stole the football during a Mexican second division match and caused complete chaos on the field," reads the caption of the video shared on Instagram by tedthestoner.
In the short clip the dog can be seen invading the pitch in the middel of the game. It soon gets hold of the ball in its mouth and begins to run all around the football pitch. The ground staff tries its best to catch the the playful pooch but is unsuccessful. However, a players manages to grab hold of the dog and hand it over to the staff amid loud cheers from the crowd.
Since being shared, the video has amassed over eight lakh views, 68,866 likes and tons of comments.

"All they had to do is play with this good boyii for 5 minutes and he would have left happily," commented one user on the post.
"Love the way goalie gave the ball to the doggo and the dog didn't disappoint with the skills as well," wrote a second.
After the match got over, Alebrijes Oaxaca posted a picture of the dog on X, formerly Titter, and wrote that they had adopted him.
