Hands-On Images Of Pixel 8 Pro Leaked
Google has been unsuccessful in keeping its unreleased Pixel phones under wraps and the Pixel 8 Pro is no exception, as we have got the first look at the purported flagship Pixel 8 Pro phone, courtesy of leaked photos on Reddit. The leaked image of the Google Pixel 8 Pro gives a clear idea of the front and rear of the flagship device. However, the leaked photos were removed quickly from Reddit, but Droidlife could grab a copy before they were removed. According to the hands-on images of a Google Pixel 8 Pro test unit, the phone houses a bigger camera housing and flat screen. The leaked image is clearly a prototype as it has been labeled "for test/evaluation only". The "product revision" field shows "husky", a codename that is known to belong to the Pixel 8 Pro. This prototype features 12GB of Samsung LPDDR5 RAM along with 128GB of UFS storage by SK Hynix.

While Meta-owned Instagram is ready to launch its Twitter, Threads this week, the app will not launch in the Europen Union (EU) and in Ireland, on the back of privacy concerns. According to a report by news agency Bloomberg, Meta's answer to rival Twitter, Instagram Threads, isn’t yet appearing in some European app stores even as users in the US and UK were offered a preorder option. Apple App Stores in some European Union countries, including Germany and Belgium, weren’t displaying Threads as of late Tuesday. The new service is expected to go live on Thursday, according to a listing on Apple Inc.’s App Store.

OpenAI Disables Browse With Binge
A feature that was available to OpenAI's ChatGPT subscribers and called Browse with Bing has been temporarily disabled. The feature lets users search the internet to help answer questions, via ChatGPT that benefit from recent information. OpenAI, which is the creator of ChatGPT has said that the feature was disabled after it learned it can “occasionally display content in ways we don’t want”. The company mentioned this in its help centre update. "We've learned that ChatGPT's "Browse" beta can occasionally display content in ways we don't want, e.g. if a user specifically asks for a URL's full text, it may inadvertently fulfill this request. We are disabling Browse while we fix this—want to do right by content owners," the company announced in a tweet late on Tuesday.
