Maha Kumbh 2025: The Maha Kumbh Mela, the largest cultural and religious gathering of Hindus, is set to take place in 2025. This grand event is scheduled to begin on January 13 and conclude on February 25, and it spans 45 days. Both the central and state governments have undertaken extensive preparations for the festival, which are now nearing completion. To enhance accessibility, a dedicated app named Mahakumbh Mela 2025 App has been launched, allowing users to virtually explore the fair in Prayagraj and access comprehensive details about the event.

However, the name Kumbh does not bring happy memories for everyone. For some people, it also brings back memories that haunt them, as Kumbh is known for being a place where often people especially kids are lost.

The app provides in-depth information about Maha Kumbh, including its traditions and significance. Additionally, there is an SOS alert button in the app which can be used in case you are in need of an emergency. The Mahakumbh Mela 2025 App, made live by the Mela Authority, is available for download on the Google Play store.

Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 App: How To Raise SOS Alert

  • The first step is to install the app. Open Google Play store and search for 'Maha Kumbh Mela 2025' app
  • Install the app on your smartphone and open it
  • In the Menu bar appearing at the bottom of your screen, click on 'SOS'
  • If you need police help immediately, then click on 'Police Helpline' and the dialer on your phone will open. Call on '112' which will appear automatically on your dial-pad
  • If you need other help then click on 'Kumbh Helpline' and it will make you dial '1920'
  • There's also a gigantic red button on the screen with SOS written all over it, if you press it then it will dial 1920 i.e., 'Kumbh Helpline' number
