Instagram, Facebook Now Let Users Hide Like Counts From All Posts - Here's All You Need To Know

Starting today, the users will be given the option to hide like counts on all posts in their feed.

Instagram New Feature: Instagram is coming up with new feature beginning Wednesday which will give the users more options as everyone on Instagram and Facebook will now have the option to hide their public like counts in order to decide what works for them.

Starting today, the users will be given the option to hide like counts on all posts in their feed. They will also have the option to hide like counts on their own posts so that others can’t see how many likes one’s posts get.

With this development, the users can focus on the photos and videos being shared instead of how many likes the posts get.

The users can hide like counts on others’ posts by visiting the new posts section in settings. This control applies to all the posts in the feed. Instagram collaborated with experts and creators on a new Guide, which offers advice on how to manage pressure online.

Instagram is also funding more external research about people’s experiences on the platform and how to improve the policies and products to support its community.
