Having made its official debut in other countries last year, the Amazfit Active smartwatch is said to include a 1.75-inch AMOLED display.
Global smart wearables maker Amazfit is set to launch its much-anticipated Amazfit Active smartwatch in India. The company has officially teased the launch of Amazfit Active in India via an Instagram post, giving an idea of what the smartwatch would look like. The company has mentioned stated that the Readiness Score, a distinctive health metric, evaluates both physical and mental readiness every morning by taking into account various essential data points.
The wearables maker also mentioned that the smartwatch will come with an AI-powered Zepp Coach and a sleek, lightweight design.
Having made its official debut in other countries last year, the Amazfit Active smartwatch is said to include a 1.75-inch AMOLED display, a battery life of up to two weeks, Bluetooth calling support, Offline Music playback, 5 Satellite Positioning Systems, more than 120 Sports Modes, Smart Recognition, Amazon Alexa integration and 5 ATM water resistance.
Additional details of the upcoming smartwatch are likely to surface in the next few days, with the device slated for an early February launch.
Amazfit Active Specs, Features (Expected)
The Amazfit Active was launched outside of India with a 1.75-inch square AMOLED display with a resolution of 390 x 450 pixels. It came with strap options in both silicone and vegan leather, along with a 5 ATM water resistance feature. The smartwatch is likely to be launched in India with similar specs and features. Equipped with Bluetooth 5.2 BLE, the device supports Bluetooth calling from your paired smartphone, features Amazon Alexa, and hosts an offline voice assistant directly on the watch. Zepp OS facilitates the use of third-party apps and mini-games, downloadable through the Zepp App on your phone. Additionally, the watch offers the convenience of storing up to 250MB of music directly on the device.
One of the standout features of the smartwatch will be the Readiness Score, which is a unique health metric that considers a range of vital data to assess your physical and mental readiness each morning. This personalised score, derived from heart rate, stress, sleep, HRV, respiration, and temperature, provides tailored recommendations for the day, prioritising holistic well-being, the company has said.
