By sending photos and videos as documents, you can bypass WhatsApp's compression and ensure they maintain their high-resolution quality. Here’s a step-by-step guide to sending photos and videos as documents on your iPhone:

How To Share Photos And Videos As Documents On WhatsApp: Step-by-Step Guide

Before getting started, ensure you have the latest version of WhatsApp installed. Open the App Store, search for WhatsApp, and tap “Update” if an update is available. Now, simply follow these easy steps: 

1. Go to the Photos App
- Open the Photos app on your iPhone and select the photo or video you want to send.

2. Save the Media as a Document
- Tap the share icon at the bottom left corner.
- Select Save to Files.
- Choose On My iPhone to save the photo or video as a document.

3. Open WhatsApp and Select Chat
- Launch WhatsApp and open the chat where you want to send the media.

4. Access Document Sharing
- Tap the “+” icon at the bottom left corner of the chat window.
- Choose Document from the menu.

5. Choose the Photo or Video
- Tap Browse to access the Files app.
- Navigate to the location where you saved the photo or video and select it.

6. Send the Media
- Tap Send to share the photo or video as a document.
