WATCH: MS Dhoni's fitness secrets are out!

Harare: It's difficult to bring everyone on the same page about MS Dhoni importance for the Indian cricket team's future but there is one thing about him that no one can dispute about -- his fitness. Dhoni, who retired from Test cricket at the end of 2014, is the senior-most of the Indian team yet he is one of the fittest players in the side. He is currently in Zimbabwe with a completely new-look side in which he is more experienced than the collective experience of the entire squad. Yet, it won't be wrong to say that Dhoni can give any member of the side run for his money in terms of fitness. On Wednesday, before the India's 3rd ODI against Zimbabwe, video's of Dhoni's gym session were posted on social media. Here is how MS Dhoni works out in the gym to keep himself fit:
