Novak Djokovic, the Serbian tennis star, happens to be the world number 1 in the men's singles ATP rankings. When it comes to the doubles rankings, it is India's Rohan Bopanna who is occupies the top spot. Both the champion players, however, are not youngsters anymore, especially when viewed from the sporting lens. While Djokovic is aged 36, Bopanna is 44. Both of them though have still managed to remain at the top of their game in their respective categories and their ranking is a reflection of that.
It is pertinent to note that while Bopanna is the oldest number 1 in men's doubles tennis, Djokovic recently surpassed Roger Federer to achieve the distinction of the oldest world no. 1 in ATP Rankings.
"It's not really balanced. It's not 50-50. He brings more years to the 80. But I think we're still going strong," Djokovic said in a video shared by ATP Tour which has instantly gone viral on social media.

Being Devoted And Dedicated Every Single Day In The Gym Is The Key, Says Novak Djokovic
The two tennis stars shared the secret behind their longevity in the sport while Bopanna emphasised on experience, the Serb said that being devoted and dedicated every single day was equally important.
"I'd say experience, but also still being devoted and dedicated to the game every single day. I see him in the gym countless hours, also in the physio a bit more than before. But it's amazing to share the Tour with you for so many years and what an incredible moment to be the oldest No. 1 in singles and doubles at the same time," Djokovic said in the viral clip.
Meawhile, Djokovic also said that he was planning to play in India someday.
"It's great for Serbian tennis and Indian tennis and hopefully we can do something in India soon, we can play there. I really look forward to it. It's amazing. We are old, but gold, the 24-year-old said in the viral clip.
