IPL 2025 Points Table: MI Fall To Ninth After GT Loss, RCB On Top

Rajat Patidar-led Royal Challengers Bangalore continues to dominate the IPL 2025 points table. With two wins in two matches, RCB remains the only team with a perfect record so far.

Mumbai Indians' IPL 2025 campaign has started on a disappointing note. Despite the return of regular captain Hardik Pandya, the five-time champions suffered their second consecutive defeat.

In the match held in Ahmedabad on Saturday, Shubman Gill's Gujarat Titans defeated Mumbai by 36 runs. From team selection to execution, nothing went right for MI.

Hardik's decisions regarding the playing XI backfired, while both the batting and bowling departments failed to perform. This loss has also caused major changes in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 points table table.

RCB maintains top spot
