Aakash Chopra's Brilliant Response On Cricket Australia's '36-All Out' Throwback Video

Australia bowled out India for just 36 runs in Adelaide Test -- their lowest ever score in Test cricket -- to take a 1-0 lead in four-match Test series.

Just days before the start of India vs Australia Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Cricket Australia took to Twitter to post a video of the Indian cricket team being bowled out for just 36 runs in Adelaide Test. Reacting to the video, cricketer-turned-commentator Aakash Chopra retweeted the post with a fitting reply. The first Test of the four-match Test series between India and Australia will be played from February 9 in Nagpur.

Virat Kohli elected to bat first after winning the toss in Adelaide. The visitors were off to a strong start in the pink-ball Test but as the match went through, Aussies cruised past the Indian batting line-up with star pacer Josh Hazlewood claiming a fiery fifer. Australia bowled out India for just 36 runs -- their lowest ever score in Test cricket -- to take a 1-0 lead in four-match Test series. Before the Adelaide Test, India's lowest Test score was 42 runs against England at Lord’s in 1974. However, later in the series, India made a dramatic comeback to win the series 2-1.

As cricket.com.au shared the 36-all out throwback video, Chopra reacted saying: "And the series score-line #JustAsking?"

After a humiliating defeat in Adelaide Test, India defeated Australia to win the 2nd Test by 8 wickets. The third Test between India and Australia, played at the iconic at Sydney Cricket Ground resulted in a tie while India won the final Test by 3 wickets to clinch the series 2-1.

After India's series win, the then head coach Ravi Shastri had praised his boys for showing tough character.

"The boys have performed so well that I am lost for words. The character of this team is amazing especially after the 36 all out at Adelaide. This team wasn't built over night. Virat has been with us despite not being here. His intensity rubbed on to everyone else. Rahane might look calm but he is a strong man from inside. A tough character. We play Pant abroad because he is a match winner. When he doesn't keep well, people criticize him. But he can help you win matches like these. Had he stuck around for some time in Sydney, he could have won us that game as well. He has been brilliant and that's why we back him," Shastri said.
