In the ongoing second ODI between India and Australia, Mitchell Starc starred with the ball once again after shining in the fits ODI too. The left-arm pacer, took five crucial wickets as he dismissed skipper Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Kl Rahul, and Siraj and helped Australia restrict India to just 117 runs in 26 overs. Once again, India’s pathetic batting against the new ball was evident and as a result, fans started trolling them.

While batting first, India's Virat Kohli was the top scorer as he made 31 runs, with Axar Patel contributing with 29 runs coming down the order. The Men in Blue were stopped at just 117 runs. Kl Rahul who starred with the bat in the first ODI after hitting 75 runs, failed to replicate in the second ODI. He was sent to the pavilion on a score of nine runs.
Earlier, Australia skipper Steve Smith won the toss and decided to field first against the hosts. The visitors, who lost the first match of the three-match series, have come to this match after making two changes in Visakhapatnam, as Alex Carey and Nathan Ellis replaced Glenn Maxwell and Josh Inglis.
