Rohit Sharma Takes Out His Lamborghini For A Drive In Mumbai. Don't Miss The Special Number Plate In Viral Video

Rohit Sharma took out his Lamborghini for a ride in Mumbai. Fans spotted the special number plate on it and the video of the Indian captain driving his luxury car quickly went viral.

Rohit Sharma, Team India's ODI and Test captain, is enjoying a bit of a break with his national team's next assignment still some time away. While Rohit featured in India's three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka and was the visiting side's most successful batter on the tour with two half-centuries in three innings.

With Rohit's name not featuing in the Duleep Trophy squads, it is likely that his next cricketing assignment would be the first Test match against Bangladesh on September 19. With more than a month to go for that Test match, Rohit is seen having a gala time. While he shared a picture with his close friends sometime back, in a viral video, the 37-year-old could be seen enjoying a drive in his luxury Lamborghini Urus on the streets of Mumbai.

Rohit looked dapper as he acknowledged the fans from inside his car in the clip. But what caught the attention of the fans was his number plater which was '0264', a reference to the world record that he holds- the highest individual score in an ODI innings that came against Sri Lanka at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata in 2014.

India Succumb To Defeat In ODIs Against Sri Lanka

Meanwhile, despite Rohit providing India with some solid starts thoughout the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka, India succumbed to a 2-0 series defeat to the island nation. The first ODI of the series ended in a tie after which Rohit & Co. went on to lose both their matches in conditions not favourable for batting. Virat Kohli did get a few starts but wasn't able to breach the 30-run mark even once in the three matches.

While Rohit is in Mumbai, Virat Kohli was spotted strolling on a London street, enjoying normaly that he craves when in India and in the middle of a cricket season.
