Who is Himanshu Sangwan?

Himanshu Sangwan, 29, hails from Najafgarh, Delhi, and has had a remarkable journey in domestic cricket. Having played for Delhi's U-19 team alongside star wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant, Sangwan's journey took a few turns, with limited success in DDCA and Haryana.

However, in 2019, he joined the Railways team and currently works as a ticket collector. His father, Surendra Singh Sangwan, is a bank manager, while his mentor Bhagwan Rati has been a teacher.

Hailing from Jhunjhunu district in Rajasthan, Himanshu faced many challenges to chase his dream of becoming a fast bowler.
