Bangladesh pacer Tanzim Hasan Sakib displayed an aggressive celebration during the India vs Bangladesh T20 World Cup 2024 on June 22 (Saturday). He bowled out star India batter Virat Kohli with a slower delivery as Kohli advanced down the track. Following the wicket, Tanzim gave Kohli a death stare. Fans quickly noticed the moment and made Tanzim Hasan's celebration viral on social media. 

Bangladesh skipper Najmul Hasan Shanto brought in pacer Tanzim Hasan Sakib to bowl the ninth over of the first innings, aiming for a second breakthrough. Tanzim delivered, dismissing the well-set Kohli and rewarding his captain's decision. Tanzim bowled a back-of-length slower ball aimed at the stumps. Kohli charged down the wicket for a big shot but was deceived by the lack of pace, and the ball crashed into the stumps. After Kohli’s wicket, Tanzim was all fired up and videos of his aggressive celebration have since gone viral on social media.

Tanzim Hasan Took Back-To-Back Wickets

Kohli departed after scoring 37 runs off 28 balls, which included three sixes and one four. On the third delivery of the same over, Tanzim dismissed the No. 1 ICC T20I batsman Suryakumar Yadav for just six runs, ending his over with two crucial wickets.
