Ekadashi Vrat Rules
- On Ekadashi, offer Panchamrit, yellow flowers, banana, seasonal fruits, sweets, and tulsi to Lord Vishnu.
- The Ekadashi fast is observed for 24 hours, and no food is consumed during this time.
- Avoid consuming anything made from rice on Ekadashi.
- The day before Ekadashi, consume only sattvic food and stay away from tamasic foods.
- Read the Ekadashi vrat story and chant the mantra "Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya."
- The Ekadashi fast is broken the next day on the Dwadashi tithi.
